I love this My plate literature. I can use it for any age group. It gives the portion sizes for different ages. The food is appealing and everything is so bright and colorful.

We liked the portions for the 3 age groups--just what we were looking for. We thought that the correct portion size for preschool milk should be 6 oz, not 8 oz.as stated. This handout will work well for secondary education at WIC, especially in conjuction with the actual plate with the dividers also sent out as a free sample.
