ART REQUIREMENTS INFORMATION
Send artwork via email to: art@positivepromotions.com
1. Reference your order # in the subject line of your email*
2. Send only solid black & white artwork, with no gradations or greyscaling.
3. Send your artwork as an attachment to your email in one of the following formats:
EPS – if artwork is detailed, provide VECTORED EPS (Graphics & Text)
AI – if artwork is detailed, provide VECTORED AI
TIF, PSD, PDF, or Photoshop BMP
4. Resolution of 300 to 600 dpi (dots per inch) – the greater detail of your artwork, the higher the dpi resolution.
5. Note, artwork in “Word documents” is less desirable and may cause your order to be delayed. If you have an event date that must be met and “word” is your only option, please call us for art consultation – 800-635-2666, ext. 4122
Send Artwork via US Mail:
1. Reference your order # on outside of envelope and on accompanying correspondence.*
2. Send your artwork on CD in one of the formats mentioned above.
OR
3. Send clean Black & White copy preferably on glossy background with no gradations or greyscaling. Do not staple,tape, paper clip or fold artwork
Multi-Color Logo/Artwork – Orders for more than one color are more easily processed when color separated artwork and a composite artwork are provided. Catalog prices include one color imprint, if you desire a multi-color imprint, please call our sales dept. for prices – 800-635-2666.
PMS Color Match – If you need to match a specific PMS color, the PMS color# must be specified with your artwork. Please call our sales dept. for price.
*Please DO NOT DELAY YOUR ORDER – Artwork received without order # reference is subject to delays. Always reference your order # properly.
Please DO NOT FAX ARTWORK – faxed artwork will not be accepted.
Please DO NOT SEND PHOTOS as artwork.
Please NOTE – if you decide to change, make additions or deletions to your imprint and send your artwork a second time, you must note change, addition or deletion in the body of your email or in your correspondence.
