We received this product 2 days before we needed them for our event and the imprint was incorrect. We chose to have personalization only, no logo. When we got the product is had our logo on it, which would have been ok if the logo would not have been folded over on itself. I called and I was told that someone would call me back to correct this problem...no one did. So I called again the day before and someone finally did something about it. They did not charge us for the product since it was incorrect and it was too late for them to do anything else about it. Other than that, we really like the card
