Product great - delivery very poor

The product is perfect for the award I wanted to give to the volunteers. BUT....I placed this order on November 29th and did not receive it until Dec. 16th! I called to find out if I could have the order by the 13th of Dec. and was assurred that this would be no problem since it was not being personalized so I placed the order while on the phone, but later e-mailed the company to see if I would receive the cyber-Monday discount. No reply. I was extremely disappointed when the product did not arrive in time for our Christmas Dinner on the 13th with the volunteers. All I could say is that it was in the mail. Not a good thing!
