Breast Cancer Awareness Bracelet

This bracelet looks really nice but it is not constructed right! The 5 charms goes straight to the back of the bracelet when you put it on. The silver ball that holds the charms on, falls off no matter how tight you tighten up. I gave 1 as a gift & all of the charms fell off along w/ the silver ball.

It is an adorable bracelet. The only problem we have experienced is that because you can add charms the sides untwist very easy allowing all the charms to fall off. I've had 3 team members lose several charms already.
