Our order arrived in a timely manner and was perfectly filled. I had placed the order rather late, I thought, so I was worried about it arriving on time for an assembly we planned for Red Ribbon Week. The order arrived in plenty of time and the kids loved the pencils:) Thank you. PS When I called customer service to find out if it was possible to know when my order would arrive, they were polite, and reassuring, and right!
