	Test Time
	Organize a project to see if students have a grasp on test-taking strategies. Hand out “Believe, Achieve, And Succeed At Test Time!” Educational Activities Books in your grade 3-6 classrooms. Allot time for classes to work through the books. Then hold a poster contest, with a panel of impartial staff members as judges. Have each class submit a handmade poster showing test-taking tips. 	Arrange a family learning night in which you teach parents how to incorporate math into family activities. 	Scientific Study
	Generate excitement about science and show students the science-related opportunities available. Bring in professionals from different areas of science (chemistry, medicine, geology, etc.) to do hands-on experiments with the students. Also have them talk briefly about their fields.
