The product is very nice but the billing was a problem. We are a recreation department and when we paid online we thought the bill was complete but a few days later we recieved a bill telling us we owed $60. more. The price was more than what we saw online and they wanted to charge us a 35.00 set up fee for a $4.95 trophy which was not stated online or when we paid with our visa. The good news is when I called them they did correct the billing difference but only because I still had the print out of what I paid for online. WARNING Check your bill and print out what you pay for online.

Our hospital volunteers love these lapel pins, they collect them and are very proud to display them. The pins represent the number of years as a volunteers. I would be in BIG trouble if I did not give them a pin every year!
