Hospital Week was a success in our customer’s healthcare system this past May! All the gifts were received on time and delivered for easy distribution to their employees at the two hospital sites – and even directly to employees’ homes.
This healthcare system customer contacted us just weeks before Hospital Week and wanted to set up an appreciation event for employees. Our sales rep offered the perfect solution for so many employees across their company hospital sites—an Easy-Order Pop-Up webstore that allowed employees to choose their own gifts!
Employees were directed to pick from three gifts:
Each of the three items, the vest, polo, and outdoor chair, was imprinted with the healthcare system’s logo to promote pride and unity throughout the workforce. The pop-up webstore not only allowed employees to pick one of the gifts but also provided an option to provide their apparel size if they chose the vest or polo, ensuring a perfect fit and a personalized touch.
Three webstores were set up with specific mailing sites for each, which made the whole process easier for the customer to manage. The customer also asked us to make the outdoor chair the go-to gift if an employee didn’t make a selection by the pop-up webstore deadline.
One of the pop-up webstores was set up to send all chosen gifts to remote employees. Once we received their gift choices, we packaged them and shipped gifts to each of the individual home offices.

UT Southwestern- Dallas, TX
UT Southwestern in Dallas wanted to celebrate Nurses Week by recognizing its nurses through personalized gift-giving. They reached out to Positive Promotions in late March, and with Nurses Week quickly approaching in May, our team needed to ensure everything was perfectly timed for the celebration.
For the nurses’ gifts, UT Southwestern selected high-quality Core 365® Techno jackets embroidered with each nurse’s name and credentials on the right chest panel and the hospital logo imprinted on the back. This level of personalization is a huge reward and accolade for hard-working nurses!

Harris Health-Hospital Week, Houston TX
Harris Health recently celebrated Hospital Week by organizing a large-scale initiative across the facility to recognize thousands of employees. Their gift-giving effort was streamlined and efficient with planning and coordination with Positive Promotions.
They opted to gift their employees with high-quality Sport-Tek Competitor Performance Long-Sleeve T-shirts featuring custom imprints on the front and back and additional callouts on the sleeves to represent each hospital department.
The team at Harris Health sent us all of the employee sizes for the shirts and quantities from each department, presenting us with a comprehensive inventory full of detailed information. This thorough pre-planning ensured a smooth and organized execution.
Our team printed and packed over 1,700 custom-imprinted long-sleeve tees, sorted meticulously for over 20 hospital departments. Each box was labeled with the sizing information on the outside, ensuring easy receipt and distribution on-site at their hospital.
