  • Each 56" resistance band is a different color which represents a different resistance strength from 10-30 lbs.
  • Color guide: Yellow = 10 lbs.; Red = 15 lbs.; Green = 20 lbs.; Blue = 25 lbs.; Black = 30 lbs.
  • Resistance bands are made of TPE with black terylene straps and galvanized iron carabiner
  • Also includes polyester pouch with front open pocket and drawstring-closure main compartment
