Do you provide free samples?
For those interested in making bulk purchases, we are happy to send samples (subject to review) with a value of up to $10. To obtain a sample, please fill out the sample request form on the product page or call us at (800) 635-2666.

Why isn't a product I previously ordered available?
Previously ordered products can be discontinued either because a new version is now available or because a decision was made not to carry that product any longer.
How do I get a copy of my invoice?
To obtain a copy of your invoice, please fill out the information on the E-Invoice page.
How can I get a quote?
To begin an online quote - login to your account (or create an account if you don't have one) and start a quote from the product page of the item you would like a quote on. You can also call us at (800) 635-2666.
When do I need to include a P.O Number?
You will need to include a P.O. Number if you would like us to bill you. If this is your first time purchasing from us, you may be required to prepay for your order.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Those who order in New York State will be charged sales tax unless you have a valid sales tax exemption certificate.
What is the possible over/under run?
All personalized orders are subject to an over/under run of 5%, ensuring flexibility in quantities to accommodate any unexpected variations in product.
How do I pay for my order?
Online or by phone: We accept Visa, Mastercard, or American Express or you can pay by purchase order. We do not yet accept Apple Pay or any other form of mobile wallet payments.
By Mail or Fax: Print and fill out your order form to be mailed or faxed. You may complete or download the form.
Pre-Pay by Mail: Once you fill out your order form, mail the form with your check. Please make all checks payable to Positive Promotions.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days. Refunds or credits will be processed upon receipt of the returned items.

Can I have a proof of my personalized imprint?
If you would like to see a proof of your design prior to printing, we will email you a proof free of charge. Please note, this will add two production days to your order time.
What is the personalization set-up charge?
To cover the cost of setting up the plates for imprinting, a set-up charge will be applied.
How should I send in my logo?
Email your artwork in TIFF, EPS or JPG format to art@positivepromotions.com. You must include your order number in the subject line of the email.
