Established in 1974 by an executive order from President Richard Nixon, National Volunteer Week recognizes those people who seek out ways to make a difference and show what working together can accomplish. In fact, every U.S. President since then, as well as many mayors and governors throughout the nation, have issued a similar proclamation, urging Americans to volunteer their time to community outreach organizations.

Many volunteers will feel that the time they spent contributing was more than enough payment for their services, especially with all the positive results and lasting memories they create. Our volunteer appreciation gifts offer an extra boost of recognition that celebrates their work in a more public and visible way, while letting them know just how much you value their support.
